Yes, a free transfer service from Ponient Dorada Palace to PortAventura Park is offered from May to October (round trip).

Ponient Dorada Palace offers a comprehensive entertainment program throughout the day for adults and children.

The entertainment program includes a virtual reality game for the whole family.

The hotel has three outdoor swimming pools available from the end of April until mid-October.

The most common opening hours are from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM*.

Stays of 1 and 2 nights: 1 ticket for 1 day to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land on the same day, provided the parks are open.

Stays of 3 nights or more: 1 ticket for 2 days to 2 parks, 1 same day access to PortAventura Park and Ferrari Land + 1 day access to PortAventura Park, provided the parks are open.

If your reservation is confirmed with the rate without tickets, you can purchase them at the hotel reception at an irresistible price.

Underground parking is available for a fee, subject to availability upon arrival at the hotel (advance reservation is not possible).

Ponient Dorada Palace offers the following meal plans:

• Bed and Breakfast: includes a buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant (open from 8 to 10:30 am*).
• Half Board: includes a buffet breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. Dinner drinks are payable directly at the hotel (not included in the price). Dinner hours are from 7 to 10 pm*.
• All-Inclusive: includes a buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the hotel restaurant, with drinks included (water, soft drinks, beer, and house wine). Lunch hours are from 1 to 3 pm*. A selection of drinks and sandwiches is available from 10:30 am to 11 pm at the pool bar and night show bar.

The hotel has rooms (standard, pool view, junior suite, and adapted for people with reduced mobility) and apartments (standard and pool view).

You will have your room available from 3:00 PM once the check-in process is completed.  

On the day of departure, you will have the room available until 11:00 AM.  

If you have chosen the rate with tickets to PortAventura World included, we recommend arriving early at the hotel, picking up the tickets at the reception, and starting to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

Yes, you have the option to check out before 4 p.m. by paying €50 and before 8 p.m. by paying an additional €65.
